An international team of editors and scientific advisors maintains the high standard of quality set by Immunobiology since it first appeared in 1909. With contributions by prominent experts in the field, the journal is a focal point of scientific interest. Published research findings are a vital link between scientists and clinicians active at the experimental levels of immunobiology, serology, hematology, allergy, infectious diseases, transplantation, and nonspecific resistance. A new fast track line for high priority publications will speed up communication between scientists all over the world. Immunobiology, the world's first immunological journal, carries on the tradition set by such distinguished scientists as Carl Oluf Jensen, Sibasaburo Kitasato, Karl Landsteiner, Max Neisser and others.
While each volume of Immunological Reviews is devoted to a single topic of immunological research, collectively their aim is to provide a broad and continously updated survey of advances in basic immunology and their clinical applications.

mmunology & Cell Biology focuses on the general functioning of the immune system in its broadest sense, with a particular emphasis on its cell biology.Areas that are covered include but are not limited to: * Cellular immunology * Innate and adaptive immunity * Immune responses to pathogens * Tumour immunology * Immunopathology * Immunotherapy * Immunogenetics * Immunological studies in humans and model organisms (including mouse, rat, Drosophila etc)This leading journal has an established international reputation, built on more than 85 years of innovative publishing. The Journal publishes peer-reviewed Original Articles, Short Communications and Outstanding Observation Articles that describe new research results. Outstanding Observation Articles describe striking reproducible observations that have extremely important conceptual implications but do not necessarily include insights into the underlying molecular mechanism. This manuscript category allows publication of extraordinary findings soon after their discovery. Methodological papers or technical reports of high quality will also be considered for publication as Original Articles or Short Communications. Immunology & Cell Biology also publishes Reviews and News and Commentary articles, which provide succinct summaries of, respectively, an area or a specific research advance in immunology. Landmark articles are brief commentaries which highlight the historical significance of a particular piece of research relevant to the journal's scope. Editorial articles are brief comments written by the editor(s) of the journal or by guest editor(s) of Special Features (see below) based on the contents of the current issue or topical subjects that fall within the scope of the journal. Immunology & Cell Biology occasionally publishes Meeting Reports that briefly detail the discussions, presentations and events at a relevant recent meeting.
Immunology Letters provides a vehicle for the speedy publication of experimental papers, (mini)Reviews and Letters to the Editor addressing all aspects of molecular and cellular immunology. The essential criteria for publication will be clarity, experimental soundness and novelty. Results contradictory to current accepted thinking or ideas divergent from actual dogmas will be considered for publication provided that they are based on solid experimental findings.Preference will be given to papers of immediate importance to other investigators, either by their experimental data, new ideas or new methodology. Scientific correspondence to the Editor-in-Chief related to the published papers may also be accepted provided that they are short and scientifically relevant to the papers mentioned, in order to provide a continuing forum for discussion.Special issues:Suggestions for special issue topics and guest editors can be sent to Deirdre Dunne, d.dunne@elsevier.comBenefits to authorsWe also provide many author benefits, such as free PDFs, a liberal copyright policy, special discounts on Elsevier publications and much more. Immunology and Allergy Clinics of North America updates you on the latest trends in patient management; keeps you up to date on the newest advances; and provides a sound basis for choosing treatment options. Each issue focuses on a single topic in immunology and allergy and is presented under the direction of an experienced guest editor. Topics include allergens, immunotherapy, anaphylaxis, asthma, drug allergy, eosinophilrelated disorders, food allergy, immunodeficiency states (non-HIV), basic science, mast cell disorders, rhinitis and sinusitis, and urticaria and angioedema.Immunology and Allergy Clinics of North America is published four times each year, in February, May, August, and November.
he journal Immunopharmacology and Immunotoxicology is devoted to preclinical and clinical studies about the regulatory effects of various agents on immunocompetent cells as well as the immunotoxicity exerted by xenobiotics and drugs. On these bases, the journal encompasses a broad range of pathologies (e.g., acute and chronic infections, allergy, autoimmunity, cancer, degenerative disorders, inflammation and primary and secondary immunodeficiencies). In this framework, the journal will cover new emerging areas of science of broad interest, such as agricultural biotechnology; atherosclerosis; cytokine and growth factor regulation; dendritic cell therapy; food immunology and safety; forensic immunopathology; innate immunity regulation; microbial immunomodulators; mucosal immunity; drug development; psychoneuroimmunology; stem cell therapy; veterinary immunopathology; and vaccines. While articles related to purified extracts may be considered, research on crude botanical extracts are discouraged.Immunopharmacology and Immunotoxicology will accept original manuscripts, brief communications, invited reviews, and clinical cases, on the condition that the results reported are based on original, clinical, or basic research that has not been published elsewhere in any journal in any language (except in abstract form relating to paper communicated to scientific meetings and symposiums).Read More: http://informahealthcare.com/page/ipi/Description.

International Journal of Inflammation is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, and clinical studies in all areas of inflammation.
This review journal provides the most current information on basic and translational research in immunology and related fields. In addition to invited reviews, the journal accepts for publication articles and editorials on relevant topics proposed by contributors. Each issue of International Reviews of Immunology contains both solicited and unsolicited review articles, editorials, and 'In-this-Issue' highlights. The journal also hosts reviews that position the authors' original work relative to advances in a given field, bridging the gap between annual reviews and the original research articles. This review series is relevant to all immunologists, molecular biologists, microbiologists, translational scientists, industry researchers, and physicians who work in basic and clinical immunology, inflammatory and allergic diseases, vaccines, and additional topics relevant to medical research and drug development that connect immunology to disciplines such as oncology, cardiovascular disease, and metabolic disorders.Covered in International Reviews of Immunology:1) Basic and developmental immunology (innate and adaptive immunity; inflammation; and tumor and microbial immunology);2) Clinical research (mechanisms of disease in man pertaining to infectious diseases, autoimmunity, allergy, oncology / immunology); and3) Translational research (relevant to biomarkers, diagnostics, vaccines, and drug development). The editors' intent is that this journal provide the most recent and relevant information, hence the submissions are being reviewed by members of the editorial team and / or experts in the field; yet the turnaround time is short, in order to insure that the reviews contain the latest data. An international board of editors makes sure that the material presented is as broad as possible, both in terms of the geographic distribution of contributors and the range of interests represented.Read More: http://informahealthcare.com/page/iri/Description.
