The Journal of Neuroimmune Pharmacology (JNIP) is the peer-reviewed journal of the Society on NeuroImmune Pharmacology. JNIP interfaces the disciplines of immunology, pharmacology and experimental neuroscience by acting as a platform for research discoveries into the pathogenesis and pharmacology of nervous system disorders affecting the immune system and vice versa. Original interdisciplinary scientific contributions, concise 'opinion,' and broad reviews are welcome. Research areas reporting in JNIP include receptor cell signaling, the pathobiology, cognitive neuroscience, psychopharmacology and immunity of drugs of abuse, neurodegenerative disorders, neurovirology, neuroimmunology, and neuropharmacology. Manuscripts must include original research linked to the immunology and pharmacology of human neurologic and neuropsychiatric disorders including substance abuse, depression, psychosis, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV-associated neurocognitive diso
The Journal of Neuroimmunology affords a forum for the publication of works applying immunologic methodology to the furtherance of the neurological sciences. Studies on all branches of the neurosciences, particularly fundamental and applied neurobiology, neurology, neuropathology, neurochemistry, neurovirology, neuroendocrinology, neuromuscular research, neuropharmacology and psychology, which involve either immunologic methodology (e.g. immunocytochemistry) or fundamental immunology (e.g. antibody and lymphocyte assays), are considered for publication.Works pertaining to multiple sclerosis, AIDS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Guillain Barré Syndrome, myasthenia gravis, and brain tumors form a major focus. The scope of the Journal is broad, covering both research and clinical problems of neuroscientific interest.A major aim of the Journal is to encourage the development of immunologic approaches to analyse in further depth the interactions and specific properties of nervous tissue elements during development and disease.
The aim of APMIS is to publish original research in the fields of pathology, microbiology and immunology, and from related developing areas of modern biomedicine. APMIS has subscribers worldwide.

Within the Journal, the Editors wish to bridge the gap between basic and clinical studies in all subareas of research relevant to reproductive immunobiology.
Medical Microbiology and Immunology covers all aspects of the interrelationship between infectious agents and their hosts. Among the major topics covered are microbial and viral pathogenesis and the immunological host response to infections. The journal also publishes information from other fields of microbiology, including mycology and parasitology.
Mucosal Immunology is the official publication of the Society of Mucosal Immunology (SMI). It aims to provide a forum for both basic and clinical scientists to discuss all aspects of immunity and inflammation involving mucosal tissues. The journal reflects the interests of scientists studying gastrointestinal, pulmonary, nasopharyngeal, oral, ocular, and genitourinary immunology through the publication of original research articles, scholarly reviews, and timely commentaries, editorials and letters. Publication of basic, translational, and clinical studies will all be given equal consideration. In addition, Mucosal Immunology aims to provide a primary method of communication for the SMI governing board and its members through the publication of society news, announcements of planned meetings and conferences, discussions of policy concerns, and advertisements for job and training opportunities.
Nature Immunology is a multidisciplinary journal that publishes papers of the highest quality and significance in all areas of immunology. Priority is given to work that provides fundamental insight into the workings of the immune system. Areas covered include, but are not limited to, innate immunity and inflammation; development; immune receptors, signaling and apoptosis; antigen presentation; gene regulation and recombination; cellular and systemic immunity; vaccines; immune tolerance; autoimmunity and tumor immunology, microbial immunopathology; and transplantation.Nature Immunology places its highest priority on fair and rapid review and speedy publication. Decisions on whether to send a manuscript out for peer review are normally made within two working days of receipt and decisions about publication are typically made within two days of receipt of the referees' reports. In addition to publishing significant original research, Nature Immunology also publishes commentary, News and Views, brief research notes, historical perspectives, correspondence from readers and reviews of the literature, thus serving as the major conduit of top-quality information for the immunology community.
Immunology is a diverse and growing discipline that can be defined as the study of the tissues, cells and molecules involved in host defence mechanisms. Immunologists attempt to understand how the immune system develops, how the body defends itself against disease, and what happens when it all goes wrong. Nature Reviews Immunology will provide in-depth coverage of immunology, from fundamental mechanisms to applied aspects. In addition to review articles, it will highlight recent developments and exciting new primary papers, as well as reflecting on the people, papers and events that have influenced the development of immunology.Subjects covered * Allergy and asthma * Autoimmunity * Antigen processing and presentation * Apoptosis in the immune system * Chemokines and chemokine receptors * Cytokines and cytokine receptors * Development and function of cells of the immune system * Development and function of cells of the immune system * Haematopoiesis * Infection and immunity * Immunotherapy * Innate immunity * Mucosal immunology * Regulation of the immune response * Signalling in the immune system * Transplantation * Development and function of cells of the immune system * Tumour immunology * Vaccine development.
Ocular Immunology and Inflammation is a peer-reviewed , scientific publication that welcomes the submission of original, previously unpublished manuscripts directed to ophthalmologists and vision scientists., Published bimonthly, the journal provides an international medium for basic and clinical research reports on the ocular inflammatory response and its control by the immune system. The journal publishes original research papers, case reports, reviews, letters to the editor, meeting abstracts, and invited editorials. Topics discussed include the latest research into the basic mechanisms of ocular inflammation and new insights into the diagnosis and treatment of uveitis as well as inflammation of the cornea, retina and optic nerve. Pathogens (ISSN 2076-0817) publishes reviews, regular research papers and short notes on all aspects of pathogens and pathogen-host interactions. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical research in as much detail as possible. Full experimental and/or methodical details must be provided for research articles. There are, in addition, unique features of this journal: manuscripts regarding research proposals and research ideas will be particularly welcomed computed data or files regarding the full details of the experimental procedure, if unable to be published in a normal way, can be deposited as supplementary material

Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonology (formerly Pediatric Asthma, Allergy & Immunology) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that provides advances in our understanding of pulmonary, allergic, and immunologic diseases of children. The Journal brings together these scientific communities to work towards improving the respiratory health of children. Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonology emphasizes the developmental implications of the morphological, physiological, pharmacological, and sociological components of these problems, as well as the impact of disease processes on families. The Journal's expanded coverage includes: • State-of-the-art reviews • Original translational, clinical, epidemiologic research • Public health, quality improvement, and case control studies • Patient education research • Functional and genetic immune deficiencies and interstitial lung diseases • Interviews with experts in the fieldPeriodic state-of-the-art reviews focus on rapidly changing and/or under-recognized areas in the field. This specialized area of medical research provides the foundation and direction for further studies devoted to the optimal care of the infant, child, and adolescent.Pediatric asthma is our most common and costly chronic illness and its management proves to be more challenging every day. The Journal provides the latest clinical research and management strategies to apply in your daily clinical care practice.
