The Journal of Global Antimicrobial Resistance (JGAR) is a quarterly online journal run by an international Editorial Board that focuses on the global spread of antibiotic-resistant microbes. The Journal aims to track the resistance threat worldwide and to give a comprehensive view of how infectious disease experts are challenging the problem.Featuring peer-reviewed and up to date articles, reviews and short notes JGAR will cover the topical aspects of antimicrobial resistance proposing themes on:resistance mechanisms and gene transfer;antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic resistance;microbiological and clinical studies stewardship;resistance to disinfectants;microbicides;antimicrobial resistance testing detection and diagnostic;PK/PD and resistancesurveillance studies of resistant pathogens affecting humans at the global level, isolated from different hosts and environments.

The Journal of Immunoassay & Immunochemistry is an international forum for rapid dissemination of research results and methodologies dealing with all aspects of immunoassay and immunochemistry, as well as selected aspects of immunology. They include receptor assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in all of its embodiments, ligand-based assays, biological markers of ligand-receptor interaction, in vivo and in vitro diagnostic reagents and techniques, diagnosis of AIDS, point-of-care testing, clinical immunology, antibody isolation and purification, and others. The Journal of Immunological Methods is devoted to covering techniques for: (1) Quantitating and detecting antibodies and/or antigens. (2) Purifying immunoglobulins, lymphokines and other molecules of the immune system. (3) Isolating antigens and other substances important in immunological processes. (4) Labelling antigens and antibodies. (5) Localizing antigens and/or antibodies in tissues and cells. (6) Detecting, and fractionating immunocompetent cells. (7) Assaying for cellular immunity. (8) Documenting cell-cell interactions. (9) Initiating immunity and unresponsiveness. (10) Transplanting tissues. (11) Studying items closely related to immunity such as complement, reticuloendothelial system and others. (12) Molecular techniques for studying immune cells and their receptors. (13) Imaging of the immune system. (14) Methods for production or their fragments in eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells.In addition the journal will publish articles on novel methods for analysing the organization, structure and expression of genes for immunologically important molecules such as immunoglobulins, T cell receptors and accessory molecules involved in antigen recognition, processing and presentation. Submitted full length manuscripts should describe new methods of broad applicability to immunology and not simply the application of an established method to a particular substance - although papers describing such applications may be considered for publication as a short Technical Note. Review articles will also be published by the Journal of Immunological Methods. In general these manuscripts are by solicitation however anyone interested in submitting a review can contact the Reviews Editor and provide an outline of the proposed review.A Computational Methods Section reflects the increasingly central role of sophisticated statistical and mathematical methods and computational models in the analysis, visualization, interpretation of the results of techniques and investigations within the general scope of the Journal.These methods can generally be divided into data-driven Immunomics methods involving high throughput assays or model-driven methods that provide a framework for data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. Descriptions of high-quality immunological databases are also of interest.This Section will publish papers that present important advances to current practice or new "gold standards" for mathematical and computational methods and analyses in the field of immunology. Areas of interest reflect the general areas of interest of the Journal, particularly novel methods for analyzing the organization, structure and expression of genes and proteins of immunologically important molecules such as immunoglobulins, T cell receptors, and various accessory molecules involved in antigen recognition, processing, and presentation, and inflammation.

The Journal of Immunotherapy publishes basic scientific and clinical studies of the immunologic response to tumors and other diseases. It addresses the latest advances in basic cytokine research (interferons, interleukins, and newly described factors); immune regulation; immune response to diseases and associated antigens; growth factors and their receptors; hematopoietic factors; monoclonal antibodies; therapeutic studies in animal models; immunotherapy research, including active immunization and adaptive immunotherapy in animal models and humans; and clinical trials. 160;.

The Journal of Leukocyte Biology (JLB) has its origins in the Journal of the Reticuloendothelial Society (JRES) and is today an increasingly highly recognized international journal reporting scientific advances in leukocyte biology.In 1922, Karl Albert Ludwig Aschoff (1866–1942) coined the term “reticuloendothelial system” (RES) [1]. The RES concept was introduced as early as 1914 by Kenji Kiyono (1855–1955).
