Journal of Information, Communication and Ethics in Society promotes thoughtful dialogue regarding the wider social and ethical issues related to the planning, development, implementation and use of new media and information and communication technologies.

The Journal of Intelligent Information Systems: Integrating Artificial Intelligence and Database Technologies (JIIS) focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence and database technologies to create next generation information systems - Intelligent Information Systems.JIIS provides a forum wherein academics, researchers and practitioners may publish high-quality, original and state-of-the-art papers describing theoretical aspects, systems architectures, analysis and design tools and techniques, and implementation experiences in intelligent information systems. Articles published in JIIS include: research papers, invited papers, meeting, workshop and conference announcements and reports, survey and tutorial articles, and book reviews. In a world moving rapidly online, and becoming more and more computer-dependent, the Journal of Internet Services and Applications (JISA) focuses on networking, communication, content distribution, security, scalability, and management. Coverage includes security and privacy: middleware: mobile, ubiquitous, pervasive, and context-aware computing: and applications. The aim of this interdisciplinary and international journal is to provide a forum for the exchange of original ideas, techniques, designs and experiences in the rapidly growing field of location based services on networked mobile devices. The scope of the Journal includes advances in the state-of-the-art of optical networking science, technology, and engineering. Journal of Sensor and Actuator Networks (ISSN 2224-2708) is an international open access journal on the science and technology of sensor and actuator networks. It publishes regular research papers, reviews (including comprehensive reviews on complete sensor and actuator networks), and short communications. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. The full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. There are, in addition, unique features of this journal: Manuscripts regarding research proposals and research ideas will be particularly welcomed. Electronic files and software regarding the full details of the calculation and experimental procedure, if unable to be published in a normal way, can be deposited as supplementary material.

Survey papers are recommended to have 15 - 25 pages in double column format. • Ontology papers: We publish community-oriented description of ontology papers, if they generate interests from real-world users and semantic Web experts. Ontology papers are recommended to have 6 - 8 pages in double column format. Systems papers are recommended to have 6 - 8 pages in double column format.Shorter or longer papers are allowable, if the objectives of a paper warrant deviating length. Descriptions that are either unnecessarily short or long will negatively impact chances of acceptance.
