Aims and Scope Zoologica Scriptapublishes empirical. theoretical. and methodological papers. review articles and debate comments and replies dealing with zoological diversity. taxonomy and systematics in a phylogenetic context. Purely taxonomic papers (like species descriptions without putting these in a wider systematic context) will not be considered. and preference will be given to studies addresssing phylogeny. biogeography. and palaeontology using morphological. molecular and bioinformatic methods. Phylogeographic studies must have clear systematic/taxonomic conclusions to be considered.

The Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society publishes papers on systematic and evolutionary zoology and comparative, functional and other studies where relevant to these areas. Studies of extinct as well as living animals are included. Reviews are also published; these may be invited by the Editorial Board, but uninvited reviews may also be considered. The Zoological Journal also has a wide circulation amongst zoologists and although narrowly specialized papers are not excluded, potential authors should bear that readership in mind.

Zoosystema est une revue consacrée à l'inventaire, l'analyse et l'interprétation de la biodiversité animale. Elle publie, en français ou en anglais, des résultats originaux de recherche en zoologie, particulièrement en systématique et domaines associés : morphologie comparative, fonctionnelle et évolutive ; phylogénie ; biogéographie ; taxinomie et nomenclature, etc.Zoosystema fait suite depuis 1997 au Bulletin du Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, section A, Zoologie.

Zootaxa is a peer-reviewed international journal for rapid publication of high quality papers on any aspect of systematic zoology, with a preference for large taxonomic works such as monographs and revisions. Zootaxa considers papers on all animal taxa, both living and fossil, and especially encourages descriptions of new taxa. All types of taxonomic papers are considered, including theories and methods of systematics and phylogeny, taxonomic monographs, revisions and reviews, catalogues/checklists, biographies and bibliographies, identification guides, analysis of characters, phylogenetic relationships and zoogeographical patterns of distribution, descriptions of taxa, and nomenclature. Open access publishing option is strongly encouraged for authors with research grants and other funds. For those without grants/funds, all accepted manuscripts will be published but access is secured for subscribers only. All manuscripts will be subjected to peer review before acceptance.

mSystems® is an open-access journal that publishes preeminent work that stems from applying technologies for high-throughput analyses to achieve insights into the metabolic and regulatory systems at the scale of both the single cell and microbial communities. The scope of mSystems encompasses all important biological and biochemical findings drawn from analyses of large data sets, as well as new computational approaches for deriving these insights. mSystems welcomes submissions from researchers who focus on the microbiome, genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, glycomics, bioinformatics, and computational microbiology. mSystems provides streamlined decisions, while carrying on ASM's tradition of rigorous peer review.

Écoscience est une revue interdisciplinaire qui couvre tous les aspects de l'écologie. La
revue accepte les soumissions en français ou en anglais et publie des travaux
originaux et inédits sur les processus et les patrons écologiques à différentes
échelles spatiales et temporelles et à différents niveaux d'organisation
biologique.

Écoscience est une revue interenationale avec révision par les pairs qui publie des
travaux originaux de haute qualité. Tous les manuscrits sont sujets à une première
évaluation par les rédacteurs. Les manuscrits qui méritent une évaluation plus
poussée sont ensuite confiés à des évaluateurs experts indépendants et
anonymes. Le processus d'évaluation est en simple aveugle et les soumissions se
font en ligne via Editorial Manager.
