Environmental Communication: A Journal of Nature and Culture publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed scholarship that examines theories, practices, and processes of communication as they relate to the environment around the world. As such, the journal serves as a nexus, a place of global connection and conversation, among scholars working in and across a variety of disciplines who explore how humans communicate about and within both natural and cultural environments. The journal also seeks to promote interaction between academic scholars and those who practice environmental communication, including community members, industry professionals, government officials, and others, through a number of special features, including a regularly published section devoted to practice. The journal is grounded in two theoretical and practical commitments: 1) symbolic and natural systems are mutually constituted, and 2) effective engagement with environmental issues requires reflection on communication practices and processes. Consistent with those commitments, the journal will promote the following goals: * Develop theoretical concepts, models, or formulations that uniquely explain or illuminate the material and symbolic dimensions of human interfaces with the non-human life world. This journal will seek to publish environmental communication research that contributes to the development of broader theories and ways of understanding how humans communicate with one another in various places, communities and cultures. * Present and engage in conversation multiple approaches to exploring environmental communication, including empirical, experimental, cultural, ethnographic, textual, ethical, rhetorical, and critical. This journal will open to publishing work that examines important issues (such as the promotion of 'just sustainability' in urban and rural environments around the world) and concepts (such as the 'environmental self,' the ways in which one's self-concept relates to one's surroundings) from a variety of methodological perspectives within communication and other fields. The journal also hopes to engage scholars from a variety of disciplines, with distinct perspectives, frameworks, and research findings, as well as practitioners in the field, in productive conversations about environmental communication concepts and practices. * Explore the tensions and possibilities between conventional academic scholarship and more participatory 'action research' that are experienced by many scholars who work in environmental communication. This journal will highlight, celebrate, and also interrogate 'pracademic' activities engaged in by scholars, teachers, students, and advocates, in communities urban and rural, in the United States and around the world. As the official journal of the Society for Environmental Economics and Policy Studies and the official journal of the East Asian Association of Environmental and Resource Economics, it provides an international forum for debates among diverse disciplines such as environmental economics, environmental policy studies, and related fields. The main purpose of the journal is twofold: to encourage (1) integration of theoretical studies and policy studies on environmental issues and (2) interdisciplinary works of environmental economics, environmental policy studies, and related fields on environmental issues. The journal also welcomes contributions from any discipline as long as they are consistent with the above stated aims and purposes, and encourages interaction beyond the traditional schools of thought. 

Environmental Technology Reviews  provides comprehensive, critical and timely reviews of important research in the field of applied environmental studies, including:

• environmental engineering;
• environmental biotechnology;
• environmental monitoring and assessment;
• circular economy developments;
• municipal and industrial waste management and associated technologies;
• atmospheric science and emissions technology;
• management of water in the municipal, industrial and natural environments;
• soil systems and land management; and
• bioenergy.

Environmental Technology Reviews accepts papers in all of the areas above. The journal also has an annual Journal Focus Section, for which papers that examine a selected area are particularly encouraged. The 2016 Journal Focus Section is Circular Economy Developments.

Environmental Technology Reviews  is a forum to capture and analyse significant developments in the rapidly developing area of environmental science and engineering research.  The world today faces environmental challenges such as climate change, resource sustainability and pollution at a scale never seen before. This journal examines these issues for  an international readership with a relatively broad scientific base and we welcome contributions from scientists and engineers in industry, government and universities.

Environmental Technology Reviews publishes peer reviewed Brief Reviews (up to 5000 words) and Critical Reviews. The length of Critical Review papers is more flexible than for a Brief Review paper, but is usually in the range of up to 12,000 words. Brief Reviews are reviews on a well-defined, specific topic area covering approximately the last five years and the most interesting/significant developments in that area.

All manuscript submissions are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.

Aims and Scope of the Journal Environmental and Experimental Botany:Environmental and Experimental Botany (EEB) publishes research papers on the physical, chemical, biological, molecular mechanisms and processes involved in the responses of plants to their environment.In addition to research papers, the journal includes review articles. Submission is in agreement with the Editors-in-Chief.The Journal also publishes special issues which are built by invited guest editors and are related to the main themes of EEB.The areas covered by the Journal include:(1) Responses of plants to heavy metals and pollutants(2) Plant/water interactions (salinity, drought, flooding)(3) Responses of plants to radiations ranging from UV-B to infrared(4) Plant/atmosphere relations (ozone, CO2 , temperature)(5) Ecophysiology of Northern plants under global change and environmental stress(6) Biotic interactions involving environmental factors.Each submitted manuscript related to these areas should be preferably based on an explicitly elaborated mechanistic hypothesis.The following types of manuscripts are not suitable for EEB: field monitoring surveys, pure mathematical modeling without experimentations, pure correlative works, applied papers on agriculture and phytopathology, studies of plant biology, gene expression and molecular works without considering environmental aspects.

Free Online Access to Volume 22, Issue 1 Ethology Ecology & Evolution provides publication of research and review articles on all aspects of animal behaviour, ecology and evolution. Articles should emphasise the significance of the research for understanding the function, ecology, evolution or genetics of behaviour. Contributions are also sought on aspects of ethology, ecology, evolution and genetics relevant to conservation. Research articles may be in the form of full length papers or short research reports. The Editor encourages the submission of short papers containing critical discussion of current issues in all the above areas. Monograph-length manuscripts on topics of major interest, as well as descriptions of new methods are welcome. A Forum, Letters to Editor and Book Reviews are also included. Special Issue Call For Papers: Cyberbullying: Definition, Measurement, Correlates and Development The European Journal of Developmental Psychology is an official publication of the European Society for Developmental Psychology. It publishes innovative original theoretical, empirical, methodological and review papers dealing with psychological development and developmental psychopathology during infancy, childhood and adolescence. It also publishes papers on social policy based on developmental science and which are relevant to education, health or well-being in infancy, childhood and adolescence. The European Journal of Personality is the official journal of the European Association of Personality Psychology, and is published by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. The Journal promotes the development of empirical and theoretical personality psychology within Europe and elsewhere, by reporting and reviewing original research, theoretical issues, methodological advances and current experience. It is intended that the journal reflects all areas of current personality psychology. The Journal emphasizes (1) human individuality as manifested in cognitive processes, emotional and motivational functioning, and their physiological and genetic underpinnings, and personal ways of interacting with the environment, (2) individual differences in personality structure and dynamics, (3) studies of intelligence and interindividual differences in cognitive functioning, and (4) development of personality differences as revealed by cross-sectional and longitudinal studies. The European Psychologist is a direct source of information regarding both applied and research psychology throughout Europe; provides both reviews of specific fields and original papers of seminal importance; integrates across subfields and provides easy access to essential state-of-the-art information in all areas within psychology; provides a European perspective on many dimensions of new work being done elsewhere in psychology; makes European psychology visible globally; promotes scientific and professional cooperation among European psychologists; develops the mutual contribution of psychological theory and practice. The European Psychologist, the English language voice of psychology in Europe, seeks to integrate across all specializations in psychology and to provide a general platform for communication and cooperation among psychologists throughout Europe and worldwide. The Journal accepts four kinds of contribution: 1. Original articles (peer reviewed) form an essential section of the journal. Not necessarily focused on European aspects, these present important new findings and ideas, and are written for a non- specialist, general readership in psychology. 2. Contemporary reviews (peer reviewed) provide carefully written state-of-the art papers on trends and developments within psychology, with possible reference to European perceptions or fields of specialization. 3. Reports inform readers about the work of major research and on psychology-related activities of European institutions and on scientific trends in member countries. Articles on legal and regulatory developments and on trends within respective fields and the political realm that will impact on any aspect of psychology may also be included here. News and announcements: The Journal will act as a central source of information on important legal, regulatory, ethical, and administrative events of interest to psychologists working throughout Europe. The European Respiratory Review publishes state-of-the-art reviews, updates, meeting proceedings, editorials letters and correspondence on current topical issues in respiratory medicine, science and surgery.
